Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique administered by “laying of the hands” and using the unseen “life force energy” flowing through. Justine has found that by adding Reiki to her practice the horses reach their parasympathetic state of “rest and digest” much quicker. The horses are extremely receptive to the energy healing. Reiki is a great way to remove energy blocks in certain areas of the body, therefore helping to restore natures balance. Reiki is natural and gentle. A very simple way of energy healing but highly effective with our equine partners.
